Fashion Atlas is a company with offices in Ukraine, China, Poland and USA. We distribute fashion clothing to the most popular world platforms. We dictate fashion and determinate the style of modern trends. Moreover, we promote and successfully sell the clothing of 2016 Ukrainian, Chinese and Turkish designers. The clients from over 22 countries, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and France come back with pleasure to buy exactly from us and be the true lovers of stylish and qualitative clothing.

We are launching a new project and looking for the best sales managers to work with incoming applications in English.

Algorithm: searching for decision makers and those, who influence the decisions on LinkedIn, making contacts with byers
The analytics of their platforms, identifying the main criteria, preparing offers for them.
Then making calls with them, skype or meetings, test delivery or samples.
You need to work actively on Linkedin, expand the base of dedicated byers and actively call for searching their contacts directly, finding them through calling to the offices of the companies.
Main indicators of the effectiveness of work
First month PP
600$. Interest for completing the daily responsibilities and completing KPI – for effective calls during the month (300+)
1% of sales
410$ Interest for completing the daily responsibilities and completing KPI – for effective calls during the month (400+)
1% of sales
Bonus for the quality of calls more than 80%:
60% - 70% - failing PP;
70% - 80% - allowed;
80% - 90% - 61$.
90% - 100% - 102$.
