We are looking for a Loss Prevention Manager that will be responsible of the loss prevention team and will give support to the branch analyzing the shops’ performance using a specific software and investigating the anomalies. The loss prevention specialist will also train the sales force and will conduct audits of the stores verifying their compliance to the company standards.
Assessment and fraud risk analysis in the stores: detailed study and comprehension of the inflow and outflow of goods and money and detailed study of weakness points
Analysis and detection of any improper use of fidelity cards, gift card, discount cards etc.
Assessment and analysis of stock-counts,
Strong communication and support of sales force team in following issues in order of consumer goods, support in case of problems with store services (security e.t.c.)

Требования к кандидату
C2 English level mandatory, Italian optional
Experience in retail anti fraud activity / retail loss prevention (preference)
Experience in auditing firms or audit department of certification companies (preference)
Excellent skills of statistical analysis and use of IT systems applied to the loss prevention and to the detection of dishonest misconduct
Profound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and working relationship skills in different contexts – also in conflict situations
Problem solving skills and goal-oriented skills, proactive approach and action-oriented approach
Flexibility – the context is very dynamic
